Exhibitor Booking Form

If the event has to be cancelled, field plot exhibitors will receive a refund for their booking fee minus any farm costs associated with the plot. All other exhibitors will be fully refunded.

Exhibit Space Required

This section relates to the type of exhibit space you require.  Please refer to exhibitors information pack for details.

All bookings include:

  • Two food vouchers
  • One 6' x 2.5' trestle table
  • Two folding chairs

If you would like extra food vouchers, tables or chairs please state this in your booking form. If you would like electricity at your outdoor stand please also state this on the form. We are unable to provide electricity to field plot gazebos.

Would you like the James Hutton Institute to provide seed for your plot? Please note if your select “yes” we will be using Maris Piper seed.
Please note that exhibitors are no longer allowed to plant their own plots. All plots must be planted the James Hutton Institute staff.
