Key Deadlines:
28 February 2025: Submit booking form for field plots and moving machinery demos
Submit field plot treatment forms (one per plot)
7 March 2025: Deliver seed for field plots -
Deliver materials - seed to Derek Coyle | chemicals etc to Andrew Christie at The James Hutton Institute, Invergowrie, Dundee, DD2 5DA
1 May 2025: Submit booking form for outdoor gazebo and static machinery spaces
30 May 2025: Submit your companies safety documents including your risk assessment, Public Liability insurance and associated documents
24 July 2025: Register your staff in attendance at your stand
1 August 2025: Book your space within the indoor Meeting Marquee

**Late entries may not be accepted and will incur the following fees:
- 2 – 3 months prior to the event: £160
- 1 month prior to the event: £210
- 2 weeks prior to the event: £265
