27 February 2026

Submit booking form for field plots and moving machinery demonstrations
Submit field plot treatment forms (one per plot)
Submit field plot treatment layout form by emailing your complete form to events@hutton.ac.uk.

** Late fees are applicable.

6 March 2026

Deliver seed for field plots.

Deliver materials to -

FAO: Andrew Christie (chemicals)

1 May 2026

Submit booking form for exhibitor outdoor stand space and static machinery outdoor space

29 May 2026

Submit your companies safety documents including your risk assessment,
Public Liability insurance and associated documents.
Submit organisation information for the Event Brochure

**Late entries may not be accepted and will incur the following fees:

2 – 3 months prior to the event: £160
1 month prior to the event: £210
2 weeks prior to the event: £265
