Key Deadlines:
1 March 2024: Submit booking form for field plots and moving machinery demos
Submit field plot treatment forms (one per plot)
7 March 2024: Deliver seed for field plots -
Deliver materials - seed to Derek Coyle | chemicals etc to David Young at The James Hutton Institute, Invergowrie, Dundee, DD2 5DA
1 May 2024: Submit booking form for outdoor gazebo, indoor marquee and static machinery spaces
26 May 2024: Submit risk assessment
4 August 2024: Register staff working on your stand
**Late entries may not be accepted and will incur the following fees:
- 2 – 3 months prior to the event: £150
- 1 month prior to the event: £200
- 2 weeks prior to the event: £250
