Potatoes in Practice promises, once again, to provide visitors with insights into the latest research and developments that are driving the industry forward as well as networking opportunities that allow meaningful conversations with all those in the industry chain.
As well as almost 50 trade exhibitors, demonstrations from not only the National Robotarium’s robot dog, SPOT, but also real dogs from K9 Manhunt and ScentWork Scotland and – for the first time – a live cookery demonstration from food writer, broadcaster and chef, Sarah Rankin, the event will host seminars covering the most pressing issues facing the sector.
